The first and foremost key to the fitness is to move your body. Make it a daily routine to walk as much as you can. Climb up the stairs instead of elevators or escalators. Chase your kids, walk your dog, mow your lawn or garden. Moving is not just a point the thing that matters is stress buster. Moving doesn’t mean that you have to join gym or do 45 minutes dance class. If you have the facility then well and good otherwise you can practice at home in small increments.
Avoid fatty foods such as burgers, deep fried foods, cheese and other fatty meals. Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream; you should take them but in limited amounts. They are also available in market in lower fat versions. Avoid sandwiches, mayonnaise, butter and margarine. Take fruits and vegetables .It will keep you skin fresh and shiny. Walk, lean and do some chores to cut your fat.
Try to reduce stress. Think positive thoughts. Experts suggest that you should spend 30 minutes a day doing something that you like for example taking a hot bath, watching a comedy, playing with kids, talking to your friends or listening to the music. It will help you relax your mind. Go to beauty parlor, have a facial or a nice hair cut for a change. Before loosing your temper count to 10 or drink a glass of water. Avoid troubling people. If you see red color, imagine a pink cloud and that you are floating on it.
Try to live in a smog free environment. Avoid smoke filled rooms, heavy traffic and smelly places. Try to do exercise indoor in air conditioner because it has good air quality. Plant a lot of shrubbery in your yard to avoid pollution and smoke.
Drinks lots of water; it reduces your fat. But avoid excessive drinking of beverages. It fattens you and it also has many harmful effects.
Avoid smoking because it has harmful effects on your health.
