• Smoking is injurious to health therefore, avoid smoking.

• Drinking can cause a lot of liver problems to men therefore, drinking should be avoided or maximum two drinks per week can be taken.

• Like women men also need also need a balanced diet. Most of the men love eating proteins but they also need vegetables and fruits. Water is very essential for your body therefore; take at least 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. In addition, milk and egg is also very important for your health.

• Cholesterol check up is also important on regular basis and if the level of your cholesterol is above than 240, then you may be at the risk of heart stroke.

• Change your eating habits and instead of taking three large meals, you should take six small meals. Although men require more food as compare to women but in order to look healthy quality of food matters a lot.

• If you are a working man then try to give maximum time to your family because when you spend time with your family, you get away from work tensions and depression.

The time has passed when healthiness was only linked with the women. Men have the same rights to look young and healthy therefore, by applying above tips you can really become healthy and fit.
